Wide Format Paper's shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Order to Alaska and Hawaii are accepted. However these states require additional shipping charges (i.e next day air, 2nd day air or priority mail). due to the additional cost for these services, order shipping to location outside the Continental US must be called in to customer service for us to give accurate charges for delivery to these locations. International shipping is not available at this time.

Please inspect your product upon delivery to help us offer you best service and quality control possible. Upon arrival, there are 5 working business days to check if wrong product size was ordered or if there is an UPS travel issue that has occurred in transit, bent rolls etc. We must adhere to the 5 business days upon delivery of product to your first shipping landing location. Orders will ship from the closest location to your address when possible. We ship products from California, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington State. Most orders are shipped the same business day free shipping or within 2-5 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Our standard shipping is UPS ground. We can not ship to PO Boxes. UPS Next-Day Air and 2nd Day Air service is available, but in order for us to meet your deadline and expedite the order it must be call in before 1p.m. on that business day for processing, call (888-450-1542) for customer service to calculate shipping charges for your shipment. Next-Day Air shipment will typically arrive in 2-5 business days depending on the shipping option you choose.
Customer accepts sole responsibility for freight and insurance, payment of any and all applicable tax, with respect to the order. Please call our customer service at (888-450-1542) if you have any questions about other shipping options.
All damages on shipments must be reported with in 5 days of receipt. Any damage not reported with in this time frame will be denied for replacement, due to UPS claims processing.
Summit Media Inc. observes the following Holidays and will not process or ship any orders on the following days. Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year Day.
Shipping Cut off times:
Order received before 1p.m est. will be processed that same day and with the exception of any kind of hold, credit card hold, inventory issues, etc. Will be shipped within 24 hrs of placement. We strive to provide timely delivery of your orders but if you have any questions regarding your order please contact customer service at (888-450-1542) during normal business hours.
Expedited Shipping Information:
The deadline for orders requiring Next Day, 2 Day, or 3 Day delivery is 3:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) for items in stock. Expedited orders placed after 3:00 PM will ship by the end of the next business day for items in stock. Next Day, 2 Day, or 3 Day orders placed on a Friday after 3:00 PM EST will ship the following Monday. Shipping costs are calculated at time of checkout by our shopping cart, based on the weight of your order and the method of shipment. We ship to all US States. US Territories, and to Canada only. (one may need to call and qualify Canadian transport time.
Shipments are made by UPS, FedEx, or US mail from one of our 26 warehouses. We strive to send from warehouse closest to your requested delivery location. If the item is not in stock at closest location to delivery point we will choose the next closest. Days are business days from when we ship your order, and do not include weekend or holidays (example Thanksgiving) Please add 1-2 working days from when you place your orders for us to process, package, and ship it upon using ground shipping or free shipping if offered. We strive to ship within two business days. Sometimes a delay will occur if we are out of stock. Other items do list shipping time on their specific web pages. In this case, special orders will ship within 5-8 business days.
Interruption of Service:
Online Stores, USPS and UPS shall not be liable for any interruption of service due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority; acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities; insufficient information provided by a customer; the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the shipment; riots, strikes or other labor disputes; civil unrest; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks and natural disasters.
International orders are not accepted at this time, but we hope to be able to service you in the future.
Returns and Refunds:
We will gladly accept returns for our sales order errors or miss-shipments caused by our errors, provided the customer contacts us and returns the item(s) within five business days. All returns must be in their original factory sealed boxes.
IF Free Shipping is Offered:
Free shipping MAY NOT apply to commercial promotion advertised specials, customized products, certain residential in-ground or orders that must be shipped by freight due to quantity/size of items. Orders placed within the contiguous 48 US states only would qualify for free shipping if offered. We reserve the right to choose the shipping method based on cost. Typical delivery time for orders that qualify for free shipping is 3 to 6 business days and 5 to 8 business days for cut sheets (we now cut all sheets per order, therefore, they are fresh, never yellowed and allow higher quality of your printing.
Orders shipping to APOs, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or any US Territory DO NOT qualify for free shipping.
We also offer all UPS services including 3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day Air (UPS delivery rates apply).
Item(s) ordered in error by the customer:
Customers must call for a RMA #(returns merchandise authorization), and instructions on where to ship the product(s) freight prepaid by the customer, prior to shipping item(s).
Refunds will be in the same form of as payment originally used minus a 20% restocking fee within 3 to 4 weeks of our receiving the return.
No packages can be accepted without a Wide-Format-Paper.com RMA # number. (call 888-450-1542 between 9am - 6pm EST to get an RMA number)For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem. All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. We must receive product within TEN (10) DAYS of RMA for you to receive proper credit. HP and CANON Products are non-returnable.
Title and risk of loss or damage during shipment pass to buyer upon consignment to the carrier for delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to check shipments for freight damage prior to accepting the shipment from the carrier and to reject any damaged items. Should the buyer accept damaged items, it will be the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the freight carrier for damages caused by the carrier.
Warranties and Liability:
Products sold by us are covered under the respective manufacturer's warranty for that product. Defective product policies will be as determined by the product manufacturer. The buyer is required to return defective items to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
The buyer of the product is fully responsible for determining if the product is suitable for its intended use or purpose. The Buyer shall look to the manufacturer for any product liability claims and hold us harmless from any product claims. We shall not be liable under any circumstances for breach of warranty or others damages as a result of products manufactured by others and sold by us.
